Master Yang's Martial Arts Center is a martial arts school located in Latham, NY. We offer mixed martial arts instruction to students of all ages, ranging from preschoolers to adults. Since 1997, we have been teaching students in the Capital District. Our focus is on physical fitness, character development, and self-defense techniques, rather than fighting.
Krav Maga means "Contact Combat" in Hebrew, and it surfaced in the Israeli Defense Forces. Because the main focus is on knowing how to protect yourself in real world situations, footwear is worn by the students, unlike most other martial arts.
