Nora had her first baby in 2012 and was struck by the lack of concrete information available to pregnant women about working out during pregnancy. This motivated her to undertake her first Pre & Postnatal Exercise Prescription certification course in the United Kingdom in 2013.

Pregna-Fit is a training and exercise program developed specifically for pregnancy. Classes utilize intervals of movement, strength training and conditioning intervals in a circuit-based style with a maximum of 12 participants per class. Keeping our classes smaller ensures that we're able to give one-on-one attention to every client over the course of a 45 minute session.
After pregnancy, labor, and childbirth-incredibly intense and emotional experiences-your recovery is of the utmost importance. We'll help your slow rebuild of self-awareness and strength (mental, emotional, and physical) at any pace. Strong mamas will raise strong babies. You are worth the time it takes to recover and rebuild from the ground up.

I was super impressed with this class! I was visiting the area from California and stumbled upon this studio. This is a great option for pregnant women who want to practice safe strength and resistance training. The instructor was friendly and gave great instructions. She showed us exercises we can do at home. I felt like I was getting a workout and being safe in the process. This is one thing I've struggled with during pregnancy is what strength training is available. It seems there are only yoga classes and you'd have to make modifications in any other course. I only wish there was a class closer
