This gym is incredible with amazing staff. I made the mistake of moving out of state last year but planning to move back and can't wait to sign up with you guys again. Also don't know what's up with the 1-star people complaining about the policies. This is a facility where people go for their well-being - mask up, get your vaccine and stop complaining. It's not like you write the rules. You are just following the guidelines of the state as required. Honestly, I would feel way more comfortable the way you are now with strict policies, than with loose policies, so good job ABC and ignore the problematic

I saw an article about the updated vaccine requirement for this gym in the Wall St Journal article and I am switching from my old gym to this one specifically because of the vaccine requirement/no mask policy. Facilities look great and I like the 24 hour weekday hours. I’m triple vaccinated; sign me up. My current gym doesn’t have the balls to require vaccines and I can’t stand working out with a mask on.

Incredible environment to work out and take care of your health. ABC has just about every piece of equipment imaginable, whether you're there for the classes, the sauna, or the iron- if it's of value to fitness, it's there. Individual rooms available for whatever your focus is. The atmosphere is great and the level of camaraderie and love for the gym is apparent through so many of its dedicated members. Recently, this gym set up several boxing sandbags on the second floor where the track is located. This is a really bad decision. As an old, disabled person, this is really annoying and threatening. Those who use the sandbags often get in the way blocking me when I walk on the track, and many of them are not wearing masks properly. I am scared whenever I pass them on the track. The track is the only place I use at the gym. With those sandbags, I feel like I cannot find any safe place in the gym. I strongly urge the gym to move the sandbags to somewhere else.

After researching several fitness centers in the area, my husband and I decided to join ABC in December--for so many reasons.
The staff is friendly and helpful, and the facility is very clean. There are spray bottles and towels everywhere, making it easy to clean up after yourself. There are a few seating areas by the front desk, and the locker rooms are big. They even have a box at the front counter if all you want to do is lock a few items up while you workout.

I've been going to this gym for roughly three years now, and I can't imagine going anywhere else! Matt has the biggest heart and truly cares about the gym members, their needs, and their wants. If there's equipment you want, he does what he can to get it for you, or make it himself! ABC is always well kept and maintained. Nothing about this gym feels like your run down, stuck in a rut, commercial gym. There are so many knowledgeable staff members (and gym members!) that are truly vested in the interest of fitness and wellbeing. I've learned so much being a member of this gym

I've been a member at ABC for several years now, and it's like having that friend that you don't necessarily talk to everyday, but you know they will always be there for you. ABC is like that in the sense, that you can take a few weeks/months off (in my case while I was pregnant/caring for twin infants), but when you're ready to see them again, it's like you never left.

This is the best facility in the capital district. I have personally had a conversation with one of the co-owners Matt and he is the epitome of a professional business owner with great customer service. I had an out of the ordinary experience my first day and Matt was beyond apologetic and accommodating when I spoke to him. He genuinely strives to make the gym a family run business and make sure everyone is happy and comfortable.

This is the best gym for your money in the 518. People come here to get big and get in shape. They have the best machines for that and a group of people who work there who are helpful and knowledgable. Not to mention they are expanding and adding boxing stuff and other stuff when they already have great weight equipment, a huge gym, tons of cardio machines and 100s of free weights.
