This place used to be my favorite but their complete lack
Of attention to quality in their Butter Chicken, Garlic Naan and Vijaywada Biryani has led me to bid adieu to this establishment. Their service is great, the dude at the counter is very kind and is great with customers. The owner seems to be a nice person and the restaurant is clean. Their Chettinadu Chicken is as good as it gets and they are really not one of those establishments that try to cover their tracks with lots and lots of oil/cream/butter in their curries.

I haven't had Indian food in a long time and had a craving. I was originally going to go to a diff place but glad I picked here. It was surprisingly the best Indian food I've ever had. I got the palak paneer, butter chicken, and mutton biryani. I'm no expert but I can tell the flavors and the quality of the ingredients. Usually I'm afraid the chicken would be dry or the curry wouldn't be that flavorful. Man my mind was blown by the deep flavors they got in the curries. Also they give a LOT of food. COME HUNGRY! Generous portions of a rich flavorful (and spicy as you like) blend of veg and non-veg appetizers, mains and delicate biryanis, fresh and fine. Honorable mention: Jeera rice side. Add a clean, modern front with attentive and gracious service and it makes a perfect late weekend lunch. We will be back!

Life is impractical at best but when it comes to mutton, there isn't really any compare. This place is clean, well lit, and timely when it comes to service for your dollar. You can't ask any more from a restaurant and the taste goes to show. I even freezes half my portion and it came out the other side unscathed, quite as it was from the kitchen. I go to church near here, and I always drive by Curriz on my way there. It'd been a really long time since I had Indian food, and I had a serious craving. I ordered a chicken chettinad, and that heat and spice were next level good. I love a bit of heat to my food, and that was the best levels of moderate. Not too spicy but they didn't shy away from it. I genuinely enjoyed the place and the food, and I'm kind of already thinking about my next order there.

Please beware before ordering food from this restaurant.
I ordered cauliflower 65 and panner 65. Instead of cauliflower 65 they gave me some chicken dish and paneer 65 had some pieces of chicken in it. I am sure they are not using separate vessels for it.
Also, the customer service is worst. They don't want to listen and did not agree.
Totally waste of money.

We came here because of the high Yelp ratings, and we were not disappointed. We came for lunch on a beautiful Saturday in November and ate outside. The owner waited on us and was extremely helpful, attentive, and friendly. I knew I wanted the Mutton Masala. The owner recommended the Kandai Chicken for my fiancé, but warned her that it was spicy. They made it as least-spicy as possible, but he also gave her yogurt to cool it down. Both were really spicy, but with great flavors! We also got the jeera rice and garlic naan. I was hungry for good Indian food and boy this place did not disappoint. Tried the 2 dishes that I love the most and all were really good. The mutton curry had a bit too much bones and not enough meat so I'll go for the chicken version next time. Everything was as flavorful as you'd expect and I went away as satisfied as I can be.

Amazing food with freshly ground spices! Haven't tasted anything close to this in last two years to satisfy my Indian taste buds.
Prawn Pepper Fry - Quantity 10-12 large prawns is unbeatable. Medium spicy for this is actually hot so order accordingly.
Chicken Chettinaad - fresh spices give a good burst in your mouth and go well along with the garlic naan

I recently had food from Curriz & Grill and everything was fantastic. I ordered Vegetable Dum Biriyani, Malai Kofta and veg pakora. Pakoras were so yum that we finished it before finishing our short drive to home. We also love their Gobi Manchurian. Most of all, I really appreciate the management who do their best to accommodate every request. Thanks!!

Wonderful experience! The owner was very friendly and helped us with spice levels before we ordered. Only thing I didn’t get to take a picture of was the chicken tikka masala, and that’s because we were so into our food! Everything was absolutely delicious. Really wish we lived in the area and could have this a few times a week. I’d give this place more stars if I could!!

Never have I been more disappointed by Indian food. I had such high hopes after seeing all the rave reviews on Yelp but my paneer tikka masala, which I ordered with no spice, was so spicy that it was practically inedible. I'm not sure if there was a miscommunication or if I got the wrong order but this was not what I had in mind. I was also surprised to see that the dish included peppers and onions, which I should have known since it is listed on the menu, but I've never seen either of these in any other version of tikka masala. I couldn't taste much beyond the spice but I did notice

Good food but wayyyyyy too spicy for us. We ordered the mealbox. It camewith chicken buryani, gulab jamun, a pickle , chicken curry and chilly chicken manchurian with a basket of fresh hot and crispy naans.
Had the food had less spice we could have enjoyed it better. Overall great flavor and choice of items and quantity great for a quick lunch.
For non Indians it would be good if they add a side note of how spicy it is. So you know.
Will try other items at a later date on the menu.

I love Indian food as people can see from my previous reviews. Visiting the Bay Area I wanted some Indian for my last night. I searched and this place came up.
Got here and there was no wait at all. Ordered my food and had it pretty quickly. Not like 5 mins but came in stages. The flavors were incredible. I've never had a mutton soup before but like mutton. I have not seen this on most menus. I will most certainly order this elsewhere also.

Just for the food alone I would give this place a 5 on 5; however, service and ambiance and all other factors were about so so. With plethora of options for Indian food here in Sunnyvale we decided to go for this restaurant by going through the Yelp reviews and photos by yelpers.
We got Malai kabab, Kadhai chicken, malai kofta and gulab Jamun. While eating Malai kabab I felt something hard in my mouth, I thought it maybe some bone but to my surprise it was a metal wire. Not a tiny one but significantly big one. I had got food for my toddler too and thankfully it was in my food( malai kofta was for my toddler). This is totally unacceptable!!

I was looking for a biryani place around 8:30 pm on a Sunday night when I came across this place in the search results with 4 great reviews. And I am so glad that I and my wife ended up eating at this place. The place opened 3 days back and the interior is well decorated and clean, as expected.
