I have an extensive background in the medical field as well, which has enabled me to be well qualified for the certification that I hold. A brief bullet point history. All sessions include a variety of weightlifting techniques to keep your exercise interesting and to keep your body from getting used to the same routine every time. One session a week would keep you fit enough to work around the house and do daily tasks with more ease. Two sessions a week is enough to make changes to your body and realize significant progress.
A personal trainer has the expertise to guide you to proper form for your exercises. Improper form can not only lead to an immediate injury, but it will also create muscle imbalances, which could lead to joint issues over a longer period of time. Not to mention that you can do something wrong all day long and never see any results.

Lifelong Fitness is celebrating its sixth year in the Market Place location this year. I have been working out (off and on) since I was a teenager and now with Anne for the last 7 years. She has a deep knowledge for fitness and best practices. As an added bonus by being in her presence over time, you will learn a lot about nutrition. She is an excellent motivator and has become a dear friend over the years! I highly recommend her services as she keeps you engaged and motivated!!
