Sadhanaa Yoga

It has been my very great privilege and honor to have been handed this studio by the Universe and to have run it for the past 5 1/2 years. I have learned so much and I am grateful to each and every student. I am so excited to start a new chapter of my life and new adventure out West. Stay tuned for my new website and online offerings.

Sadhanaa, in Sanskrit, refers to the devoted practice. This can mean a spiritual practice or the dedicated practice of any subject. The term Yoga does not only mean the practice of Asanas (physical postures). 8. Samadhi- absorption of the soul to the Universe. Through the sadhanaa of all of these aspects we will achieve better physical, mental, and emotional health.
