Drishti, a Sanskrit word that translates to gaze or vision, is often used to describe the eyes' focal point of a yoga pose. While developing your yoga drishti enhances your practice through concentration and self-awareness, we believe drishti is so much more than eye placement. It is your inner sight; your outward gaze.
We have an intimate space and fit about 13 students. To ensure a spot, you must register for classes. All classes are also offered virtually with live instruction. You do not need to register if attending virtually. If you are attending in-studio, we kindly ask that you cancel 24 hours before class or no refund will be given [if a class is full].
Follow our Facebook page or check our events page for additional information/pop-up yoga sessions. ALL LEVELS: Suitable for all, we modify poses as needed to flow with grace, aligning with the innate rhythms of nature [private introductory session recommended for first-timers]. EASE-FLOW: Relaxed, soothing, and graceful movements gently open and cultivate your body and mind.
Use of Google Meet (a free online communication platform) is required to participate in a virtual class. A computer or phone with a camera and microphone. Learn how to use your camera and microphone when you start a video call for the first time. Virtual classes are included in a DrishTi Membership and Five Class Pass, otherwise the $15 drop-in rate applies.
A quaint studio means personal attention and an intimate sense of community; virtually or in-studio. All are welcome. Instead; go to the yoga registration page and you will be prompted to buy once you register. This way the system recognizes your pass and you will be able to register for class.

Nicole provides a welcoming, upbeat, positive, no pretense, inclusive class for all levels of practice! Great in person instruction as well as online real time classes. My first experience with yoga was not so great, Nicole completely turned that around for me with her positive attitude and attention to detail and always encouraging each student no matter what their level of practice may be!

Nicole is a excellent teacher. She provides thorough instruction that allows students at all levels to grow in their yoga practice. Her community of students appreciate her warmth and attention to their individual abilities. In this Covid time, her live video classes are a lifesaver. Can’t wait to be back in the studio with her too!

Great studio! Highly recommended. Nicole, the owner, is a deeply considerate and kind person. I always enjoy taking her classes and always leave class refreshed, happy, and healthy. Great work out, too. She offers a variety of pose options for those who want to challenge themselves and for those who need to take it easy.
Recently, she just started a Pay-What-You-Can style class - you pay whatever you can afford, making yoga accessible to everyone. Suggested payscale is $5-10 which is more than reasonable.
She also offers weekly wellness classes that I love to go to whenever I can. Last time

Before this location existed I went to try out a class with a friend in a warehouse like building. We got horribly lost and when we walked in a few minutes late, there were two others in the class, the class had just started and the teacher informed me that the class had already started and basically told me to leave. I can't say very much about the actual quality of the teacher because unfortunately I was unable to practice that wintry evening but I will not be returning because I found her to be incredibly unfriendly and unwelcoming. This would never happen at Tru Yoga!

I absolutely love practicing yoga at Yoga Drish Ti with owner and teacher Nicole. I was new to yoga in January when I started, and I was quickly hooked.
Nicole is a phenomenal teacher. The environment at Yoga Drish Ti is completely non-intimidating. It is a small community practice with fairly small class sizes, so you get a lot of 1:1 hands on teaching. Nicole is able to teach to everyone's ability in the room. If you are new to yoga or have physical limitations she is able to teach a preliminary pose, modification, or includes the use of a prop so you are able participate fully and

The main reason I love this studio so much is for Nicole's focus on alignment in her practice. She takes a piece of inspiration and builds the practice around that, whether it's grounding, hip openers, restorative, arms, etc. It's awesome to be able to work at perfecting my form and feel like I get serious strength building and stretch it out in a well-paced class mixing it up between poses (versus repetitive vinyasa). She also diffuses essentials oils during the class, which is super refreshing and makes the whole studio smell great.
Her prices are very reasonable -- try a drop

I absolutely love coming here. I usually make a point to attend class once or twice a week - and if you're a beginner like me, Nicole is a wonderful and patient teacher. In the two months I've been going to class, I have seen awesome improvement in flexibility and confidence in mastering positions.
I highly recommend stopping down at checking out a class (or ten)!

Nicole's passion for her chosen path is evident in all she does, from the depth of her yoga knowledge to her attention to detail, cleanliness and setting just the right mood in the Yoga Drishti studio using essential oils and calming, mind opening music! Yoga Drishti has a variety of offerings suited to all levels yogis.
The studio space is quaint and welcoming, and allows for a lot of individualized attention and instruction, perfect for those just beginning their exploration of yoga. Nicole is observant and can tailor her classes to the students' abilities and limitations.

Nicole was very open and welcoming from start to finish.
Before I had come in, I emailed her about some concerns of mine and not only did she respond quickly but her explanations and eagerness sealed the deal for me and I decided to take a class.
I showed up early so she could show me modifications in order for me to get the most without feeling intimidated.
The class went with a nice flow and she was helpful in correcting my poses. She even lifted my body in the air for me when I asked for help.
