When we learn to get out of prana's way and let the life force do the work that it knows best, we follow the path. This 30-hour workshop covers the art and skill of teaching Restorative Yoga. We will explore the physiology of relaxation; the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of rest; special poses for menstruation, pregnancy, and menopause, how to sequence a class and other topics.
The 30 hour Advanced Relax and Renew training will cover more complex aspects of teaching Restorative yoga. Included will be work with poses that may benefit anxiety, depression, infertility, dysmenorrhea and other conditions. Our days together will begin with early pranayama practice in the yoga hall overlooking the ocean.

Classes are limited to 15 people, and masks are required. In order to comply with contact tracing guidelines, we will require that all students register for every class that they will attend. We are using a credit-based system where you'll purchase class credits and then redeem them one at time to register for each class.
