Absolutely disappointed. I love yoga and love to try new places to see what they emphasize. I bought a single class and when I showed up for the class, they automatically asked me to buy a membership without even trying the class. They told me that I had to do a membership BEFORE I even took the class that day in order to save the extra "how much money" a month or it would go up after I take the class. I did not feel welcome, the instructor also did not demonstrate any poses (literally stood or say at the front and called them out) so I did not know exactly what to do. I was told I was doing poses

Vibes are immaculate and all instructors have been wonderful so far.
I just wish the people in the front would be quiet while there’s a class in session :) it’s hard to focus with all the talking and laughing, and I think it’s inconsiderate to the instructor and students who expect a calming environment! I will be back though and definitely recommend it.

I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but I am just in LOVE with this studio. I go to yoga studios all over the metroplex and this one is by FAR the best. It is a high vibe community that welcomes you with open arms from day one. 10/10 recommend. The entire staff is AMAZING. But I want to give a special shoutout to the owner (Stacy) and manager (Jennifer)... they both go above and beyond to ensure you are happy and the classes run smoothly. They even offer cold lavender towels at the end of each class!

Yoga Factory is an amazing yoga studio! I was visiting Plano, TX for 1 month. Yoga Factory was offering a deal for 30 days for $30. It was perfect for me! I was able to attend class with several different instructors. Stacy, the owner, Susan, Letty, and Gizem. Each teacher was great! They offer vinyasa flow and restorative classes. I did both. The flow classes are slightly heated and then they end each class with a lovely cold lavender scented towel to put over your eyes. The restorative classes are dreamy - lots of props used to get you into the poses and relaxed. I highly recommend Yoga Factory

Great first class at this studio! The teachers are very helpful & knowledgeable. Jen & Gizem took time to make me feel welcome even though it’s been years since I’ve practiced. They also took ample time to answer all of my questions. Also, the class itself was awesome. The studio was also very clean & I love that the class size was smaller & more intimate. Will definitely be back 😊

I really enjoy practicing yoga here with Ajay P. He is the best! He doesn't teach a western style gym yoga! He has a great peaceful energy guiding you thru the asanas. He doesn't put any negativity or feel the burn into the room. Thom A. Is also a great teacher here. If you want the same at the Plano location practice with Aubrey K, Jennifer and Thom A.

I'm new to yoga and after only 3 sessions this has been a transformative experience. I've played and coached competitive golf for over 20 years and have dealt with serious hip and back issues the past 10 years. After numerous PT sessions, sports chiropractic sessions, and working with advanced fitness professionals, I've never been able to overcome my chronic back pain until now.
The yoga practice is intense, sometimes overwhelming, and totally invigorating. I've experienced several self-discovery moments and the instructors have been able to push me into improved poses to

I'll first start out by saying I have been to a whopping two classes at Yoga Factory; one was quite hectic and the other was nothing short of amazing! During the first class I set up in front of one of the mirrors in the class (there are only about 5-6 tall Ikea-like mirrors, meaning only a hand-full of people can see themselves). If you are used to coming into class and laying on your mat in silence in a dimly lit room that is not the case at Yoga Factory. People are chatty and the instructors are super warm and friendly. The class started and wow! It was intense, fast-paced and loud with

The studio doesn't have a lot of space, every class I've been to felt pretty filled with 8-10 students. Also there's 5-6 mirrors in the front so not everyone is guaranteed to be able to see themselves (I use it to check my posture), there's a mini fridge with water in case you forget to bring your own, there are classes going on all day which makes it easy to include a yoga practice in your day :)
Using a groupon deal atm: 3 classes so far
1. Ramona's Stretchy, Strengthening Power Flow: I know it says power flow but BEWARE BEGINNERS! This class is the most advanced yoga

I had the pleasure of attending a Power Vinyasa class with Stacy last week and had the time of my life!
Every other yoga studio I've been to so far has been so serious and sterile. As a beginner, it was nice that Stacy's class felt conversational! Like if I were to speak up and comment on a pose or ask a question (OR laugh out loud at myself because I KNOW I'm getting it wrong!) I wouldn't be out of line or interrupting "the vibe". Stacy was so great at taking us through the poses, even cracking jokes along the way!

Where do I begin....I'm going to ramble, but the review just can't wait! I'm a newbie of newbie. I know Yoga from my friends Instagram shots of Master poses & my other friend is a trainer...I never talk about Yoga with them.
I read a little hear & there...& moved on. I was NOT AWARE of the combined mental/spiritual & physical benefits...it just didn't click. I run, power walk, & attend Barre. I'm flexible to a degree & no balance whatsoever. Again...newbie inside & out.
I'm so glad I attended. This was my first Yoga class ever

I went to my first class last night & I cannot tell you how impressed I was with the whole experience. I'm not necessarily a beginner at yoga but it has been some time since I've practiced regularly, so I bought the 20 Class Pass on Groupon to get back into it.
As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the front desk person as well as Stacy, who introduced herself as the studio owner. She was wonderful - took me on a quick tour of the studio to show me where everything was located and got me set up in the room. That's half the anxiety of starting at a new place is not knowing

Stopped in this past Friday during the snow storm. Signed up for the 30 days for $30 and took Michele's class! It turned out that I was the only person willing to brave the roads & it was a huge treat to be the only one in class.
I've taken a few (3-4) beginner classes at another studio and really know very little about yoga. I learned a lot from Michele. She has amazing energy and patience & helped me discover that I really have a hard time relaxing. She showed me proper form on several of the poses and really encouraged me to push myself while being complimentary of my abilities

I love the studio! The teachers here are top notch and will give you a great workout, all the while encouraging and finding corrections or modifications where needed.
The classes are challenging - if you're looking for a little something more in your yoga practice I couldn't recommend them more! More advanced postures like "bird of paradise", "head stand" or "running man" will be given as options if you're feeling up to it (I've never felt pressured to go there if I wasn't up to it, as another reviewer said).

LOVE THIS PLACE.
I was never a granola, yoga-doing, water-drinking, ohming kind of person, but I got into yoga because my friend taught it. I've always been active but have been afraid that because I'm not flexible or graceful that yoga would make me look stupid, or I wouldn't like it. WRONG. LOVE IT! Yoga Factory makes yoga accessible to everyone because they keep it real. The other misconception I had about yoga was that it would be "not a real workout." This can be true, and I've been to some terrible yoga at other studios in the area - but NEVER at TYF. I

Check out Susan's 90 minute power flow on Sunday mornings! It will definitely get your heart pumping and you will get an invigorating stretch! I came over here to cash out a coupon deal. The studio is fairly small but very inviting and they keep it nice and toasty in there to warm up your muscles. Free towels, mats, blocks and straps to enhance your experience! This class is for all levels and I love how they really give each individual special attention and make sure you have proper alignment and form! I will definitely be back!

I have only experienced this place through groupon. I bought a 10 class pass and wasn't thrilled by day one, but wanted to give it another try.
The instructor I liked best was Ginger. She always greeted me and seemed to take a genuine interest in her students. Her class was very good. One morning Ginger was stuck in traffic so Stacy subbed in and ran us like we were in bootcamp. I appreciate challenge but not when I'm told everyone in the class must be up in wheel- I have a hurt neck and cannot do some postures.
