All classes adaptable to all levels. Often times the instructor shares suggestions for different ways to do things which is really helpful. There are a wide variety of classes available and it's interesting to experience the different practices so see what I like, and....to change things up a bit. Great pivot to online, it was done quickly and is effective!

Excellent studio! I've been taking classes here for about two years and all of the teachers are fantastic. Allison's online classes really helped me get through the lockdown. She is inspirational, warm, and funny. This fall Scott's outdoor classes by the water tower raised my spirits, and loosened my tight shoulders. I highly recommend Wonder Yoga!

Love the classes and really appreciate the online recordings. My schedule recently has made it tough to join the class at its meeting time so it's helpful to have the recording to use. For example I missed the 6pm class last night, but just enjoyed it today. I also appreciate how much effort they have put into keeping the feeling of community together during this pandemic Thanks!!

Wonder Yoga is truly wonderful!
TL;DR: this place has the soul of a funky/unpretentious studio located in a modern boutique facility.
The instructors are friendly, informative and pay attention to everyone in their class. They are really in tune with how a beginner experiences a new class (by reminding folks to relax their jaws, etc.) and provide modifications as a given for both beginners, advanced students and those with differing physical situations. I like that the instructors spell out different ideas for modifications or leg/arm positions without you having to ask for it. The friendliness

I love Wonder Yoga! My sister-in-law and I go here once a week. Nicole is by far our favorite teacher, but everyone we've had as instructors there has been great! It's a small but lovely space and everyone there is always so welcoming and kind. The prices are good and the flow is great! Highly recommended.

I discovered this studio back in January and it has become a central aspect of my self care regimen. Even putting the yoga aside, this studio is the antidote to Mom life. It’s sparkling clean. It smells good. It’s quiet. They have low lights and candles. All the teachers are really good. The classes and instructors are very accessible and welcoming to beginners (like me!) but also provide options for the most practiced yogis. Try it out, you won’t regret it. I would recommend any class you can fit into your schedule!

Wonder Yoga is well wonderful! The owners are amazing and have created a great community there. The studio is clean and comfortable. The lounge area is relaxing with the lending library and room for massage treatments! All the instructors are wonderful and caring. I love spa yoga, slow flow, and the variety of workshops offered. It is an amazing studio!

Quite cute and comfortable yoga studio. They offer different types of yoga classes and you can pick what you like on the day. So far my favorite is Butti Yoga instructed by Allison. So fun and energetic. Good classes to start the week. Cannot wait to try other classes. I also love the aromatic smell during the practice.

I was really excited about this studio because it is right down the street from my new apartment. I was disappointed that do not offer a reasonably priced new student package so that you can try out the studio. These packages are ubiquitous in yoga studios that I have practiced in across both coasts, and so it was definitely a red flag that this business didn't have one. Furthermore, when I asked them about new student specials, they didn't mention the fact that they have Groupon or other packages. That felt kind of sneaky to me. One unlimited month for $90 just is not a reasonable rate

Wonder Yoga is a welcoming and comforting space. With warm front desk greetings, a complimentary tea station, and an inviting lounge space, you can start relaxing before you even step on your mat. The studio itself has no windows, one wall of mirrors, and is lined with lights to establish a meditative and inspiring ambience. Allison was my teacher and her genuine, supportive energy translated through each breath, pose, and flow. Her guidance was thoughtful, which allowed for a safer space to dive deeper within. Her class was challenging and relieving and I feel drawn to take her class as often

I can't say enough great things about this studio. The space that Allison and Nicole have created is incredible, there are so many special touches, from the boutique to the record player in the lounge area (yes, we have a lounge!), it's so welcoming and warm. They love yoga and it shows. There are tons of classes here - you like to knock out your workout early? Great - be a 6 AM Warrior. You like a midday break? Grab a mat and take a lunchtime class. Gotta work out the stress from a long day? Check out a flow class or slow flow after work. Or maybe buti or beats and bliss is your thing

It's WONDERful that this yoga studio has opened in the Heights! It's so easy to get to and parking on Mass Ave is free. The studio is clean and modern and very hip. There's a real community here, where everyone - regardless of experience and ability - is made to feel welcome and is encouraged. Me and a couple coworkers are in the middle of the 30 day yoga challenge and it is absolutely improving our lives in multiple ways, even though we are only 11 days in!

It was ok. You go in and head downstairs to this cool little wait room with a sofa and lockers, you then head back upstairs for the yoga. The room is not heated, the class is ok, and its nothing to write home about.
I bought the 2 week for $25 pack and i went twice. I wasn't blown away by the experience and I have had better instructors. If your a local and want basic yoga this should do the trick.

Beautiful space, fun and loving atmosphere, and skilled instructors. Several of our doctors and many of our patients have visited Wonder Yoga and never have anything to say but wonderful things about this fabulous studio. This is a great place for people looking to get into their first yoga class or to keep up their regular practice.

I have taken classes at a few schools in the area, but Wonder Yoga is my favorite. Here's why:
1. Amazing atmosphere
Some yoga schools take themselves very seriously, and end up with a super competitive and intense vibe. Wonder is very low-key. You don't have to feel self conscious about how you look in yoga pants or get embarrassed if you fall out of a posture. The atmosphere makes it easier to find joy in the practice.
2. Great space
It's hard to tell just walking by, but the downstairs lounge space and the studio area are great. There is an area with couches and free spa

I recently started going to this studio after driving by and seeing their intro offer, because, why not! It's been a great decision.
I didn't think I could be one of those people who wake up for a workout BEFORE the day even starts but I enjoyed my 6am class. They're pretty low key, giving me just what I need to get through the day.
The weekend classes are packed, as anticipated, but still does not take away from the experience. The instructors are attentive and always there if you have a question. Some are friendly than others (Anne Marie is my personal fave) but I always think

After deciding to return to practicing yoga, my husband and I noticed Wonder Yoga while driving through town and decided to try them out. We really love it here! The location is convenient, with plenty of street parking in the evenings and a very close by parking lot. The staff are unfailing pleasant, helping and just generally fun to be around. I love that the entry, lounge area and changing areas are clean, bright and cheerful, always decked out for whatever season/holiday it is. The yoga studio has a very high ceiling, tricked out with candles and relaxing mood lighting.

I have been looking for a good yoga studio in Arlington for a while, and I do believe I have found one. I typically go to Winchester or Somerville due to lack of choice in Arlington. . I only heard about this new studio in Arlington because I noticed it when I drove by. Not knowing anything more, I signed up for a course to try it out.
I was so pleasantly surprised. Lovely space with a bright and optimistic aesthetic (lots of yellow). Nice conveniences like lockers to stow stuff while in class, an airy but private area to shower and change. Black blocks, ropes and mats (so glad they don&apos
