Peace of Mind Yoga, Counseling, and Wellness Center is dedicated to reestablishing and maintaining wholeness in the lives of all people. This work is intended to help people achieve more fulfilling and rewarding lives in the contexts of their community, family and work place. By way of counseling, meditation, somatic movement, and yoga we help people release painful and unhealed memories, stress, and trauma stored in their body and minds.

These unhealed situations can manifest in many ways, such as emotional pain, physical pain, psychological pain, and spiritual pain. This mission is carried out in a safe, supportive environment that is caring, confidential, empowering, peaceful, professional, and respectful of each person's journey.
