I love fitness and helping others to achieve improvements in their lives, so becoming a personal trainer was a very good fit for me. I've been training people from all walks of life since around 2001. Part of what I've gained from this experience is a deep understanding of how different one person can be from the next in terms of how they respond to various styles and forms of training.
One of my favorite specialties is working with seniors. It inspires me to see individuals who want to to remain fit later in life instead of just becoming lazy and complacent like so many do. Essentially, I will train you to be at your best, and for some of you this could very well end up being the best shape you ever achieved in your life.
It's a natural desire to want to beautify your body and make yourself as attractive as possible. I view doing so as a healthy pursuit rather than vainity. You should feel good about how you look, and there's nothing wrong with striving to be your best self. Regardless, feeling confident and looking sharp are very relevant to living in our society.
For you skinny guys, we'll focus more on gaining weight and building muscle mass, and for you bigger guys who are already somewhat built, we'll focus more on burning fat and getting lean. I personally went from being a 155 pound string bean to gaining about 40 pounds of lean muscle mass that's firm and toned, and I did it without any drugs or supplementation.
