My name is Chris Sierra and I want to be a champion! I am the proud owner of Sierra Strength and I have created a proven, one-of-a-kind, system that involves my meal prep company and personal training company that helps our clients see full transformation in 12 weeks! I have been weight-training for over a 15 years and have been coached and mentored under the likes of professional bodybuilders and powerlifters.
5xdays of customized meal prep / 4 meals per day (2 meals + 2 shakes) of meal prep through Fit Body Meals (www.fitbodymeal.com). The facility is spacious and has great equipment and plenty of parking in front of the building and to the side.
