Training options include one on one, partner and small group training.
Our Santa Clara Boot Camp Saturday Kickstarter is ideal for those wanting to add some variety to their existing workouts! Our Saturday Kickstarter program runs every Saturday morning at 8am and 9am. This is a perfect workout for anyone no matter where you're at in your health and fitness journey. If you're a newbie or training for your next marathon, start out with a workout that will keep you motivated, engaged and getting superior results!
Take pride in your health from the comfort of your home with our 25 minute Individual and Group Virtual Training Sessions! Follow the steps above to book your sessions. Meet with your trainer during your allotted workout time via the link in your email. Your trainer will coach you through your 25 minute workout, helping correct form, modifying exercises, providing dietary information, prescribing off day workouts, and more!
Our goal is to corroborate the best group of independent personal trainers, the industry has to offer; offering them unlimited access to a state of the art facility to run their business right here in heart of the Silicon Valley. Our Personal Training Space for Lease in Santa Clara is specifically available for Independent Trainers.

I have been working out with Stephen for almost seven years now, typically 2-3 times per week. He is positive and upbeat. I highly recommend Stephen. His workouts are never the same, keeping it interesting and fresh. Even after almost 7 years, he continues to amaze me with the introduction of new exercises & variations. The workouts are well thought out, targeting different areas each session. His Boot Camps are just as fun. With COVID-19, my wife & I have signed up for his virtual workout sessions. I can’t believe how much he can get our blood pumping in 25 minutes! Stephen is not demanding

I’ve been attending the Saturday morning Kickstarter boot camp for over 6 months now. Stephen is awesome! He’s very patient and explains the workouts to you. This is a great way to get at least one good workout in per week and working out with such a great group is an added plus. I highly recommend training with Stephen, you will see excellent results!

I have been working out with Stephen for a couple of months now and am thoroughly enjoying it. The facility is nice, clean and simple. I never leave one of our personal training sessions feeling like I did not get a great workout in, as Stephen does a great job of walking the fine line between pushing you to your limit (and beyond) and knowing when to pull back a bit. I am feeling stronger, leaner, and more energized. Very reasonable pricing, plus Stephen is super nice and knows his stuff. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a personal trainer who will push you to get results.

The Movement Hub is a top notch facility with top notch people. In a gym, you look for a clean place, with good equipment, and the Movement Hub has just that! Stephen, the owner, is not only an excellent trainer, but a phenomenal person. He has a lot to offer his clients with his knowledge and experience, but also with the way he cares for his clients. I’ve had personal trainers for one on one work outs and joined CrossFit gyms before but I have to say the Movement Hub has been my favorite environment to work out in! It’s always fun and the workouts are never the same. I love waking up on saturdays to get my day started with a great group of people and feel accomplished for the day, even if I am sore until Tuesday the following week! 🤣Stephen is patient and always takes the time to explain new exercises and correct my form.

I trained with Stephen for years when I lived in Mountain View. He helped me lose weight and improve my overall health immensely. I got my mile time back down from 9 minutes to under 7 with HIIT (high intensity interval training), and I got good increases in strength, endurance, and flexibility. He's also a great guy, extremely reliable, and works hard to help his clients with whatever their individual goals are. Highly recommended!

I've been training with Stephen for 5+ years. He has completely changed my attitude and approach for health and fitness. He takes time and care to teach not only the precise physical movements of new exercises but also the mindset behind it. Given his background in kinesiology I feel confident in his ability to push me on intensity while avoiding injury. Boot camps on Saturdays are always a lot of fun and great way to kick off the weekend. I would 100% recommend Stephen and you should definitely check out Movement Hub!

A friend referred me to Stephen for my workouts, and I couldn’t be happier. Every workout with Stephen is intense and well worth my time and money. I have never been in better shape than when working out with him. He pushes me to do better without yelling or nagging. He is very encouraging and empathetic while helping me get stronger. I like the fact that he often changes the exercises, so it doesn’t get boring, and my body can’t anticipate the routine.
