As i continue to explore and learn through my own experiences, I have come to accept that recovery is such a HUGE and crutial part of your training. I now focus 1/3 of my programming on optimal recovery. In part with stretching post workout, foam rolling, massage, epsom baths, jacuzzi soaks are all ways of recovery to the body.
