Step #1 - You schedule an initial consultation to meet with our team. Here we collaborate with you to gather all necessary information to kickstart the transformation process: your strengths, weaknesses, medical history, work schedule, barriers to success, and fitness goals. Step #3 - Commitment and program initiation.

At this point we are completely committed to your success. You show up for 1-on-1 training sessions where we guide you through correct lifting technique and ensure you are consistently engaged. Together we embark on a direct and sustainable path to deliver results. Step #4 - Your progress is continuously monitored by our staff.
Services
Kevin is our lead registered dietitian. He graduated from San Jose State University with a B.S. in Nutritional Science with a concentration in Dietetics. Kevin currently practices as an acute care, clinical dietitian at a local hospital. He is also the VP of Membership for the California Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Silicon Valley District.
There are a number of behavioral research studies implying that a financial commitment is one of the strongest methods to elicit behavioral change. It makes perfect sense and affirms the wisdom in the old adage "put your money where your mouth is". One of our favorite examples is about Dean Karlan, a Professor of Behavioral Economics at Yale University and his weight loss story.

Nutrition had always been a bit of a black box for me.  I had tried various different methods for achieving my fitness goals and each time had come away with similar, disappointing results.  Probably the most important piece of this program for me was the accountability - I was able to communicate with Kevin and Del on a daily basis and they were always responsive.  Working with Kevin on my nutrition was refreshing in that it was structured and practical.  Instead of turning everything upside down, we worked on one element at a time and gradually aligned my eating habits with my end-goal.Â

These guys at SVNP absolutely know their craft and are not here to waste anyone's time and money.

They have offered my convenience I could never have found anywhere and their training is amazingly effective.

You see, I wasted a lot of time and $$ over the years. The combination of nutrition planning and exercise is the magic bullet and these guys have it just right.

Working with the SVNP Team has been a life-changing experience, these guys were committed to my success since day one.

Working with Kevin has been a wonderful experience. This is my first time doing/being on a nutrition plan, and while it has been challenging it has been amazing to have someone hold me accountable and guide me at the same time. Kevin has answered all of my questions and worked with me through some physical challenges I came across. My relationship with food has tremendously improved too. I was hesitant at first, but I knew sitting around wasn't going to make any changes happen. Glad I took the plunge at a healthier lifestyle! Let me just say... the SVNP team truly knows what they're doing. It's very clear from the first conversation that this plan isn't only about getting "jacked", although of course that's one of the main reasons why we all step foot in the gym , but truly focuses on the nutrition/diet that's best for you in the short AND, more importantly, long run. The plan I received wasn't overwhelming, but they make it simple to follow. Their workout plan was tailored to my goals, but I reached out more for the nutritional coaching. Definitely recommending this to whomever

I started the SV NP program in February of this year. They gave me a targeted program to fit the exact needs that I requested. I am a 57 year old woman and I wanted to really tone up and lose a little weight too. They slowly ramped me up on the weight training to make sure I wouldn't get hurt since I hadn't lifted weights in years. The changes to my diet were very small and easy to sustain. The coaching and explanations helped me understand why the changes were needed. I have lost 10 pounds and totally toned up in my arms, legs and core. I'm so happy. I feel like I'm stronger

For years I was lifting heavy weights, 100lb+ dumbell chest presses and 50lb+ bicep preacher curls. Except I was doing it all wrong.

I started to develop various impingements and injuries from tearing down my body bit by bit.

The SVNP team had completely changed my lifestyle decisions, starting with my diet. After performing a full diet analysis it was clear I was completely imbalanced with all my macros. After setting up a balanced meal plan, their physical training regiment showed me how to correctly lift and on what schedule.
