I always wanted to make a difference; I wanted the human touch in my life. My heart spoke to me; this was how I was meant to give back. She is an avid swimmer, and in her day, was a collegiate rower, triathlete and distance swimmer. Jen believes that the combination of breath and movement are keys to spine health and greater physical prowess and posture.
ERGONOMICS is the science of fitting the workplace (responsibilities, equipment and environment) to the worker. Consultations are provided at the workplace for individuals or entire companies. Instructional programs can be made available for presentation on topics such as injury prevention, repetitive strain injury or back pain prevention.
I took Pilates several years ago with a wonderful teacher and have always been afraid I would never replace her. After years of flirting with the idea of trying pilates, I finally did it. Now I'm furious with myself for not trying it sooner. After two sessions, I felt a noticeable difference in my abdomen and received an unsolicited compliment from my chiropractor noting that my jeans were looser around the waist and thighs.
