PaloAltoFit is a personal training and nutrition consulting boutique that is committed to helping individuals develop and retain a sustainable healthy lifestyle. We strongly believe that working with more than one trainer is beneficial to both your scheduling needs and your progress toward your goals.
Workout from your home with our professional Personal Trainers online. A 30 or 50 minute Live Video Personal Training session gives you the interaction and connection of a face-to-face training, but in the comfort of your home. If you have equipment, we can incorporate it into your training. However, don't worry if you do not.
The Palo Alto Fit VIP-Program isn't all about exercise! To get the most from your workouts, you have to be willing to make changes to your lifestyle. We'll walk you through every step of the Program, but you'll have to put in the effort yourself! Most people don't realize that losing weight and keeping it off requires a lot more than just a few additional gym visits per week.
Corrective Training can be applied to reduce muscular dysfunction and help you to move, feel and live better. Our Corrective Exercise Specialists know how to use a variety of static and dynamic assessments to identify muscle imbalances and use the results to design effective programs. Corrective Exercises are highly effective to improve and ultimately, correct common movement compensations.
The goal is to improve athletic performance by stressing the principles of proper functional movement through customized programming based on an individual's specific needs. The integrated focus of our professional staff can help maximize an athlete's potential improvement with their strength, speed, power, and agility.

I spent a few months in the Bay Area and was lucky to find such an awesome gym. I was a member of Equinox personal training for years and found Nina and her team to be miles ahead! Not only were my trainers (Mitch and Cory) extremely knowledgeable and professional but they made working out fun again and tailored every aspect of my sessions to work towards my goals. Couldn't have been happier with my results and the support provided by the PAF team. Would highly recommend - 10/10 !

Nina and her team of trainers are wonderful! As a total beginner, I really felt supported by Nina, Cannon and Mitch. I worked out at Palo Alto Fit with Corey for about 3 months at the peak of the shut down. Corey patience and dedication helped me get back into an active lifestyle. I lost 25 pounds with them and I only stopped working out with them because I was moving away from the area. I learned so much about my body /nutrition and how to properly and safely exercise with them. I highly recommend them.

I spent three months training with Mitch Faure, and was extremely pleased with the overall results. Mitch is dedicated, attentive, encouraging and very friendly. His workout routines helped me reach my fitness goals in a very short space of time. Palo Alto Fitness is a nice, clean and fully stocked gym. I am very happy I chose them, and would recommend them to anyone who is serous about getting fit.

I joined Palo Alto fit sometime around mid 2019 and it's been quite a fitness journey since then. The level of individual attention that Nina pays to each and every client is nothing short of incredible. No matter the day or time she is always available to address client's needs. Before covid lockdown I worked with Julia. She really helped me improve my balance and endurance. Then covid hit and that really put a damper on my fitness goals, basically reset all the work that I have done before. I started training with Palo Alto Fit to prepare for my senior year high school soccer season and my first college soccer season. I couldn’t be more grateful for the 10/10 experience that I got. The gym has more than enough space for each client, and all the equipment in the world. My trainer, Corey, was kind, supportive, helpful, knowledgeable, and always pushed me to be at my best athletically. If you are a beginner on your fitness journey, I truly would recommend this place with trainer Mitchell Faure. He’s great to work with, very understanding of your current fitness goals, and willing to work around any limitations you may have. He’s been training me for months now and I definitely have seen more progress than I ever have. Mitch also does a good job of making fitness enjoyable and holds an inspiring aura. I truly appreciate all the knowledge/motivation he has brought to me and I can’t wait to keep training and making progress.

Really have enjoyed my time at Palo Alto Fit! My trainer Mitchell is awesome to work with as he understands my goals and actively tracks my progression.
With a personal trainer, the mundane parts of working out is left up to your trainer to take care of since they know what's best for you as they help count reps and add weight. Mitchell has done so well with me as I am already seeing results in just over a month of training with him.

Completing 24 training sessions at Palo Alto Fit was the best investment I’ve made for myself in a long time. The owner, Nina, is super professional and friendly and genuinely cares about the progress of the people who come in. I trained with Corey and Vanessa. Both had different styles and I loved both- Corey focused a bit more on weight lifting and Vanessa a bit more on HIIT/TRX/toning. I started working out at PA Fit just over a year ago and it's been a great experience across the board.  I wish I had found them sooner!  I've lost weight and, more importantly, feel strong.  I work regularly with Rafa and Julia.  Each has his/her own style, but both are invested in my progress.  They are focused for the duration of the session.  Workouts are personalized and varied, so I don't get bored.  Both trainers are knowledgeable and adjust the exercises as needed to accommodate the limitations of my middle-aging body.  They are professionals in all respects.  They are also great

I am in no way a gym rat. Sitting is my super power. And yet, Palo
Alto Fit has had me coming every Friday morning for over two
years. I'm a 65 year old guy, and therefore maybe not a budding
fitness trainer's fantasy of future clients.

But John Davis has patiently been customizing my activities with
attention to detail, such that I can now accomplish much more than

A year later: I went back to Rinku at Palo Alto Fit after having my second child. She did a lot of research to make sure the exercises won't be negatively impacting my body after birth and adjusted the exercises for my body's situation. The results were AMAZING! I've had few trainers in the past until I met Archie. He is hands down the best trainer I've ever had. Not only does he care about my performance but also follows up with me to make sure I'm okay as well as keeping up with what I need to do when I'm not in the gym. When he moved to this new facility I was totally on board. I drive a fairly long distance just to get trained by him and it's totally worth it. Doing 3 month plan and already melting fat and gaining much muscle after my first month. Most likely will do another 3 months because it's totally worth it!

Byron at Palo Alto Fit is a fabulous trainer.

First, training these last three months has helped my posture and helped me lose about 10 pounds, as well as better manage my stress. Through strength training and really fun isometrics, Byron's work outs feel like a series of fun games, but at the end of each session and throughout the week, I got stronger and healthier, and more energetic.

Second, Byron is really very positive. I used the diet menus recommended by Nina and they helped show me the right way to plan and eat a balanced diet to go with the training plan. But if I was not able

I wish I could give Palo Alto fit more than five stars.This place is the best.I trained here with Byron Ng and he is the most amazing personal trainer one can wish for. He listened to my needs and designed a workout program accordingly. I got my results and I couldn't be happier. He motivated me in every session and made me believe that I could do it and I did:) He is sweet , kind and the best listener. I love this place!

It's designed exclusively for personal training, so when you come in for a session, it feels like your own personal gym.

The owner, Nina, is passionate and caring.

I work with two separate trainers, Michelle and Victoria. Both of them are just what I was looking for -- considerate of how I'm feeling each session, social enough to make the time pass quickly, and tough as nails (when I want them to be). I leave each session feeling like I got the challenging-but-not-enough-to-kill-me workout I wanted.

I found out about Palo Alto Fit though Yelp. I saw a lot of great reviews, so I decided to check the place out. The place feels cozy and neat. They have all the equipment that you need to get fit. The trainers who work there are very friendly.

Rinku is my personal trainer there. She is very devoted to her clients, and I trained with her twice a week. She is easy going, and she made me feel that exercise is not so painful. :) And I always feel great after every workout with her. I definitively feel much more flexible and fit after I worked with her this past month. I am looking forward

I'm working with trainers Michelle and Trevor at Palo Alto Fit. They are absolutely awesome, especially good at tailoring the sessions to one's specific needs. Great private facility too! I had never done serious exercise and I was in much needed of a 'fitness intervention'. But I didn't wanted to go to a gym where is all about getting you buff and trying to turn us all into body builders or iron man participants. I was lucky to find Palo Alto fit. HELLO!!!!!

I started in the beginning of February weighing in at 240 lbs and am currently at 220 lbs. I've not only lost weight, but I've put on muscle. My trainer and now someone I would consider a friend (insert teary eye emoji) John Davis is an absolute beast (he is allergic to a delicious fruit, which will blow your mind if you ever find out). One of my biggest worries with coming to personal training was that I wouldn't be able to relate with my trainer and that it would feel more like a chore than an enjoyable experience, but I was wrong! My class starts at 6 am, where there is not much people and a good private environment. It has free towel and shower is not crowded so it is easy to clean up after the class. Rinku is a fantastic coach keeping me going and helping my form. During the first few weeks, as we noticed that there is no change in the data, Rinku was very helpful in providing multiple ways to drive a change, giving numerous tips in both extra exercises and diet. It can be exhausting and hard but definitely worth it. Without her keeping me in check, I would not be able to gain the strength and energy that I have today

I've been working with Coach John Davis for a year now and it's amazing the results I have gotten. My body composition as well as my strength has changed tremendously. He's very attentive and is always available whenever I have questions or concerns. His method is not just about a number on the scale. He helps guide you along to seeing what the core issues are and addressing them. The wealth of knowledge he has to offer makes other trainers from my past fail in comparison. Went in to Palo Alto Fit and met Byron Ng. He was very thorough in assessing my movement and helped me realize that I could reach a higher potential! I have been with PAF for 16 visits training sessions. I'm the lucky one started my sessions in their new location in palo alto, nice space! I've been working with Darko and really like him, he's professional, supportive and we have so many in common. I really appreciate the things and techniques i learnt from him that help me achieve my goal!

I have a couple more sessions to go but started a dancing lesson which has been my dream, Nina is very nice to let my husband join and take my remaining training, I'm sure he will have a good time at PAF too and will update!!

Rinku has been my personal trainer for 5+ years and I love her! I'd never worked out until my third baby and she understood my post baby body and my needs. By working with her, I've gained strength to carry on my busy daily life.

After receiving a generous tax refund last April, I decided to splurge on a pack of training sessions with Palo Alto Fit. It was a great decision. Nina is an amazing trainer (and person!). I worked with her at 6am twice a week over a period of three months, and almost never felt like skipping a session. I train twice a week with Nina and WOW. I am in the best shape of my life. I have been training with her for two months now, and I feel actually fit, for the first time in my life.
