As she guides clients toward achieving their fitness goals, exercise guru Lauren Zummo also immerses them in her own fitness interests. Zummo is the owner of Prana Pilates & Yoga, where she draws from years of experience in movement analysis and a graduate degree in exercise physiology to train groups of no more than six students at a time.

She helps them hone core strength in Pilates reformer classes, tone lean muscle in cardio barre classes, and learn poses and breathing techniques in her basic yoga classes. Prana is the dream and proud Pilates & Yoga Zen Den creation of Fitness Guru and Exercise Physiologist Lauren Zummo MA.

I finally found an environment that screams ME!! Lauren & Linda are an awesome team that provide positive motivation for those who really want it! The energy is intense and workout is incredible. I feel so amazing and I'm so happy that I found a new home to help me be The Best I Can Be!! It feels good to switch up my routine of working out, it compliments my strength training.Thank you Prana Pilates and Thank You Lauren and Linda.

I have been going to Prana Pilates and training with Lauren and Linda for over a year now. I have seen tremendous improvement in my core strength and overall muscle strength. I searched for years to find an exercise that I look forward to and this is it! Lauren and Linda give personalized attention in their small group training reformer classes and the results inside and out are very rewarding. Thank you Lauren and Linda!

Truly one of the best places around. I have been working out for a long time, but never felt as good as I do now! The other night, I was walking into my house and I slipped on a patch of ice. I felt my core tighten up and I felt like I lifted myself up off the ground. I didn't fall although would have if my core wasn't as tight. I had such control and balance. The full body workout of pilates is the best. The studio is amazingly comfortable and looks the best yet! I thank Lauren for being so determined and caring so much about each and every one of us- I look forward to going to my classes and
