New students need to either take our Basics class or a Private session to get started with us. The Basics class is offered every other Saturday at noon and Monday at 5:30pm. PRIVATE INTRO SPECIAL- 2 sessions for $119. This is two 50 minute one on one sessions with one of our fabulous instructors and our recommended way to get started.

NEWBIE CLASS SPECIAL- 3 pack of classes for $69. First class must be the Basics class if you are new to Pilates. If you aren't new to Pilates please email us your previous experience so we can clear you for classes. Email us at info @getheartcore.com to schedule private sessions, get cleared for group if you have previous Pilates experience, or for any questions you might have.

Pilates is not a fad. We are not a quick fix. We believe in the Pilates Principles. We believe in steady progress. It's not about killing yourself so you can't move the next day, but about challenging your body regularly to be fit enough to better enjoy your life. Pilates Heartcore is here for YOU.
Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in, if possible something that is not too loose to allow instructors to see your form. Pants that are past the knee are recommended, and a shirt or tank top is required. In order to best keep the focus on our own bodies during the session, Pilates Heartcore is a kid-free zone.
New to Pilates? This is where you start. This class will focus on teaching you the foundations of Pilates and how to navigate the Reformer. We work on posture, alignment, strength, flexibility and balance. But please do not mistake this class for easy! We offer this class to give our students a safe, positive and supportive environment to learn from us.
We were all new once too! We've been where you are and taking that first step in the door can be daunting. Once you come, you will see how welcoming our studio is! Pilates is a fantastic way to keep the body strong and happy, all while supporting increased energy, posture, and joint-health. Here's what you need to know to start off on the right foot!

I'm SO thankful for the virtual classes offered by Pilates Heartcore during these crazy COVID times! Their instructors are fantastic, offering clear instructions for each exercise so it's easy to follow along at home. Classes leave me feeling strong and healthy and more grounded in my body. I love Heartcore Pilates. This studio doesn't care what you look like or how you're dressed. They provide a safe space to work with highly trained and experienced instructors who will work your A@@ off, but are also conscious of each person's abilities and any limitation they may have. If you can swing it, I highly recommend one-on-one sessions too.

Katie and her staff are great and help keep you engaged. I started Pilates to help me get over a knee injury from running but now enjoy it almost as much as running. During lockdown the virtual classes have helped me get stronger in general and I soon found myself logging personal bests during my non-Pilates activities. I can't say enough good things about my experience w/PH.

Katie and her team at Heartcore are amazing. Everyone is down to earth, welcoming, and so, so encouraging. Every class I've taken, no matter the instructor, has been just as challenging as it has been enjoyable... in that "hurts so good" way that anyone who has done Pilates knows so well. After almost two months of regular classes I can see the difference in not only the way my jeans fit, but my entire posture as well. I am so grateful to this studio and all of it's instructors for helping me fall in love with Pilates.

I love, love, love Heartcore! Katie and the crew do a great job keeping it fun while kicking your butt. Just commit to 2-3 times a week and you will be amazed at the physical and mental changes you experience. There’s many times I’ve had to drag myself to class - but I’ve never been mad about going after class is over. It’s an instant mood booster, plus class size is small so the instructor can actually focus on each student. Katie is also very particular about who she lets teach at her studio so you can always count on an instructor that is knowledgeable and observant of your body and

Parenthood is hard some days. Some days the promise of an hour to yourself for a little deep breathing and pushing your body, can be just the thing you need. To put that smile back on and restart. I started going here about a year and a half ago. To be honest I only went because my wife was going and she thought it would be good for my back. Like many men, I thought Pilates was something wealthy women did to pretend they were working out. Wrong! These days I am significantly more flexible and my core is stronger than at any time in my life. I also do intense cardio workouts several times a week, play golf, hike etc., and Pilates has made all of those activities better for me. I recover faster, have greater muscle control and generally feel more physically fit than I have in decades. BTW

I never tried Pilates before I came to this studio. I also never exercised. I have been attending classes here for about 7 months and I love them. I always look forward to going to classes and feel significantly stronger than I felt a few months ago. I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a Pilates studio.

This pilates studio is the best. The teachera are tru professionals,, yet with a sense of humor and true authenticity. I've been a studen for a year and a half and my body is transformed. I highly recommend this studio!
