Here at Precision Pilates, Mat Pilates, Barre, Yoga, and 20/20/20 are some of our signature group classes. Using your own bodyweight, props, and the Pilates principles, our group classes target the muscles in your arms, thighs, glutes, and abs. We combine cardio, Pilates, strength training, and yoga stretch for results-based workouts.

Services
Precision Pilates was founded by Nancy Higgins in 1998, formerly named West Street Studio. Nancy has been teaching in the Yoga and Pilates world for over 25 years. Today, Precision Pilates is operated by Nancy together with her daughter, Liz. They both share a love for Pilates, but even more importantly, for community.
Take it up a notch! Go through a continuous flow of movement in this Reformer workout. This class incorporates an intermediate level workout with contemporary variations of certain exercises. Instructors teach this class to the bodies in front of them so that no two classes will be exactly the same!
Pilates for Neurological Conditions works with issues common to neurological conditions such as muscle weakness, spasticity, imbalances, coordination issues, pelvic floor strengthening, and bladder weakness. Most of our Neuro trainers have worked with clients who have MS, Parkinson's, Stroke, Lyme Disease, and more.

Words can't describe the gratitude I have towards this studio. Amy is absolutely incredible! I personally experienced chronic lower back pain for over a year and was desperate for help as 8 months of PT was unsuccessful. I experimented with a private class in the very safe outdoor studio, I was surprised by the workout and agreed to a second and now after 14 sessions my lower back pain is minimal. I was new to pilates and not sure what to expect. I joined to be more active and healthy and quickly started feeling the benefits. After just three sessions, hip pain that I had been experiencing for two years, since having my first child, went away! Amy is extremely passionate and a great teacher. I look forward to going to each class.

I have more flexibility, lost weight, and my clothes fit better. I go twice a week and value the personal attention to correct form and varied exercises and equipment. Clothes not only fit better but now I dropped a size. Amy has offered a more challenging workout that is totally doable, she gives the attention that each individual needs. If you want nutritional support she’s an expert in that also and no additional charge. A 10 week 5 days a week body toning boot camp did not give results like this. It caused a knee issue that has resolved only after Pilates. Precision Pilates is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Have been a client of Amy for five years and she is a wonderful instructor who really cares about her clients. The classes are small so you get a lot of personal attention and Amy makes sure that the exercises are suitable for each person in the class by making modifications as necessary. Starting my day with Amy's 5:30 Pilates class is one of my favorite ways to begin. Not only does it get my metabolism going, I always finish with a feeling of accomplishment. That feeling translates to a positive attitude to start and stay with me for the day. Amy's careful eye and instructions, as well as her stories and funny, encouraging quips, make the class really enjoyable. Before you know it, you are out the door ready to tackle the world!!
