We are a unique, fully equipped STOTT PILATES(R) studio in the heart of Winchester Center. All classes are taught by highly trained, fully certified and expert instructors. The Private and Semi-Private training sessions at Studio Pilates are individually programmed to meet the needs, goals, and interests of every student.

The Private session can utilize the full variety of STOTT PILATES equipment as well as include Matwork, the use of small apparatus and props. Often the Cadillac, Reformer and Arc Barrel are used in early sessions; the Stability Chair and other Barrels are most often used in later sessions. A high-energy program focusing on strength, flexibility, stamina and dynamic stability.

Studio Pilates is a fully equipped Pilates studio. All the Pilates equipment you may have heard about - the Cadillac, Stability Chair, Reformer including jumpboard and Cardio Tramp(R) Rebounder, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector and Arc Barrel as well as small apparatus can be found at Studio Pilates.
I am feeling like my body is changing. It is so different from my usual approach at the gym; such deliberate and mindful exercises are powerful. Pilates is known for strengthening your core, improving posture, etc., but Angela and Britt take it to the next level. They have the experience and the skill to correct your position in the slightest way which makes an exercise so much more effective.
The progressive approach to Pilates exercise, known as STOTT PILATES, builds on the essence and principles of the late Joseph Pilates' work by incorporating modern knowledge about the body.

President and CEO, Lindsay G. Merrithew, along with Executive Director, Education, Moira Merrithew have spent more than two decades refining the Pilates method to include modern principles of exercise science and spinal rehabilitation to result in STOTT PILATES - the contemporary approach to the teachings of Joseph Pilates.
