Sam has been a certified personal trainer for 17 years with a diverse and loyal Silicon Valley clientele. He teaches core and functional training, bodybuilding, Olympic lifting, Russian kettle bells, speed/strength training, boxing, Muay Thai kickboxing, grappling, joint locks, and pressure-point techniques.

As you can probably tell I'm a total health and fitness fanatic. I've been a certified personal trainer for 17 years and a licensed board-certified Doctor of Chiropractic for 15 years. I'm also fortunate to teach two sports that I'm extremely passionate about: martial arts and soccer. I work with clients of all fitness levels and age groups.
Eat with an emphasis on the micronutrients of your food (vitamins and minerals), rather than the macronutrients (carbs, fats, and protein). Prepare your food carefully in order to preserve nutrient content. Use plenty of herbs and spices as they are themselves a rich source of micronutrients. The focus of diet should be to eat whole, minimally processed foods from uncontaminated sources.
