These are all great reasons for a private lesson. We all have imbalances that we are typically not aware of, because they feel "normal" to us. Unfortunately, these slight imbalances can lead to overuse injuries or a chronic ache or pain in the body. Karen is a Physical Therapist with nearly 20 years of experience in medical, orthopedic, and neurological rehabilitation.

Kim started teaching pilates when her first son was born back in 2001 and has been pursuing her passion ever since.

Total Body Training is a small group personal training class. The class combines the alignment and precision of Pilates while performing larger muscle movements such as squat and lunges. Utilizing Kettlebells, dumbbells, Therabands and Physio balls - this dynamic class will strengthen your muscles, build bone density and work your cardiovascular system.
Beginner and Intermediate: New to Pilates? Start with the Beginner Mat class to get the most out of your Pilates experience. Classes focus on precise movements that originate from the core of your body. Working from the deepest layers of muscles, you will learn to stabilize and support your spine and pelvis, which are the foundation for achieving a strong flexible body & ideal postural alignment.

David is a great personal trainer who has been seeing my elderly parents for a number of years to mobilise them and keep them moving. He is patient , kind, and caring and always prompt and reliable.

I highly recommend David. Not only is he exceptionally professional but he is also a lovely man who clearly cares about his clients’ well-being. He tailors all exercises to the individual’s needs. He helped me rehabilitate following surgery and now that I’m recovered, he is making things more challenging to improve my strength and fitness further. I really couldn’t recommend him more highly!

After working with David for a few months now, I can say that he is both extremely knowledgeable and professional. His understanding of pilates as a rehabilitative tool is excellent and he has a fantastic knowledge of how to use stretches, along with strengthening exercises, in a way that is easily accessible to clients. I would 100% recommend him to others.

I would highly recommend David as a pilates trainer. He is extremely knowledgeable and excellent at tailoring sessions to my needs and never pushes me beyond my capabilities. I have noticed a huge improvement with my joint issues and general mobility since first starting pilates with David some years ago.

Great reformer class! I have only dabbled in reformers before since I didn't live somewhere it was available. This studio is a mile from my new house and I had a great class with Alicia on Saturday. She was very positive and helped adjust the equipment and my form. I am recovering from an injury, and can't wait to go back and improve! I know not all styles of classes have music, but I would have liked to have some music.
