The truck is a completely overhauled 1948 International Harvester transformed into a mobile pizzeria. Fully equipped to cater events on site, it is complete with a wood-fired oven, refrigerated pizza prep table and beers on tap. NEVER frozen, every item is freshly made in house daily. We take every opportunity to heighten flavors, through the use of flavored oils, fresh herbs, smoked sea salts, etc.

Not all items on our menu are available for catering, so please call us with questions about catering and your catering needs. We will work with you to come up with a menu that would suit your event. Our custom 1948 international Harvester truck is a fully equipped mobile pizzeria complete with a handcrafted wood fired Valoriani oven, refrigerated prep table, and beer on tap.
We are a very small shop with a counter-style concept. You order at the cashier, help yourself to beverage from the fridge, grab napkins and silverware and choose a seat at our patio. When your food is ready, we bring it out to you. We do not offer delivery and do not use a third party delivery. Our waffle sandwiches are best eaten as soon as possible and cannot guarantee that it will get to the customer on time.

This place is never open. I drove down here today (SUNDAY) at 2:50 and they were closed. I would definitely call before coming AND hope that they answer. They don’t answer the phones and have an outdated message on the voicemail. They should definitely update their hours of business on Google because it’s annoying to come all this way to find the business closed. Very disappointed😟

Their specialty is a fried chicken on a crispy on the outside, soft on the inside waffle. You can add on cheese, bacon, Bleu cheese. I would eat here again, but next time I'd do an online order.

Ordered online for pickup. Yes, I still had to wait about ten minutes after arriving, but it was so worth it to have fresh and hot food. I will return many times. I had the original chicken sandwich which was 10/10 delicious (the apple slaw is perfect) and I am eager to try their breakfast sandwich. Don't miss this little piece of gastronomic paradise.

Some of the best food I've had in Sonoma County. The waffle knocks me over it's so good. And the chicken is PERFECTLY breaded and fried. The cole slaw with the sandwich is almost sweet, the fries are bomb and everything is just... *chefs kiss* seriously, do yourself a favor, and go here. So so worth it

We ordered online as indicated by their post to only call if you had issues or when you got there. We waited until Sunday morning so we could get beignets, ordering form opened right at 11 and we had our order queued by 11:06am, the online form said it would be ready after 1:30pm...okay not quite what we were expecting trying to order them for… brunch but decided to still go for it. Put our credit card in and placed our order, email then said it would be ready for pickup at 2:10pm. We were pretty upset at that second delay but the order was already in and we’d heard such great reviews

The other day I was trying to remember where I had those really good chicken strips. I have never before remembered a chicken strip. this place is phenomenal. The menu isn't large but the time and care that… they put into every item shows. There is only outdoor seating and to go orders. It is in a industrial complex so it can be hard to find (I had to turn around and go back the first couple of times I went). If you like beignets light and airy this is your place. I like a little heat so I put the spicy tomato Jam on everything. 😊

In a word? Delicious. Tried the original, spicy, and the chicken parmesan sandwiches. Each was unique but, in the end, preferred the original. The waffle 'bun' is light and airy, the chicken perfectly fried. Unlike anything I've had in a long time and could be habit forming. Some of the best benigets ever too, and the carrot soup was quite tasty. We did wait a long time for our order, but that was probably due to the lunch rush that day, so it might be advisable to call ahead. But, whatever you do, don't miss this experience.

Wonderful little chicken waffle sandwich restaurant . Run by fascinating women. Street noise distracting if you choose to use the three tables outside the little Sonoma Crust. Very good , very fresh food. During the summer they will close early to work local street fares on Wed/Thur. Fresh beignets for dessert. I highly recommend. Support local food not chain food$.
