We offer several different styles of hot yoga including vinyasa, power flow, hot 26 (static poses) and deep stretch. These classes focus on building strength, stamina and flexibility. The room is heated to 105 degrees with 40% humidity. The heat aids in toxin elimination through sweat, increases heart rate and blood flow to speed up metabolism for weight management, facilitates injury healing, promotes mental focus and a sense of well being.
Warm yoga classes are great for beginners or individuals who are sensitive to high heat. The room is heated to 80-85 degrees, just enough to help relax muscles to stretch safely. Warm vinyasa is great for those who want a faster-paced class with less intense heat. Warm slow flow is great for people that like a slower more meditative class with longer holds to access and release tight hips and shoulders.

My very first experience with yoga was in 1998. I instantly fell in love just after my first class. I had been lifting weights, jogging, and cycling for ten years before that and started feeling the stress on my joints. When I found hot yoga, I knew I had found the perfect balance of physical intensity and mind stilling meditation that I craved.
Improve your practice by strengthening your core! This class will focus on targeting each of the four layers of the abdominals as well as the muscles surrounding the spine, creating a strong foundation for asana and even your day to day posture. A healthy spine allows you to shine! The room is heated to 90 degrees.

Truly a magical find! The studio is inviting, clean, well-lit and has lovely touches that enhance the energetics of the space. I am really loving returning to Bikram after many years and feel guided and supported by the instructors here. They care about your wellbeing and also want to see you challenge yourself physically and mentally - the perfect balance for a class. And after a hot, sweaty 75 min experience, nothing is more blissful than a cool, aromatherapy towel placed over your eyes during savasana.

I've tested several dozen yoga studios over the years—both locally to the Triangle as well as various cities across the States—and I can say with abiding confidence that My Yoga has what it takes to offer you a one-of-a-kind experience with regard to mental, physical, and spiritual growth. The studio offers several different styles of (mostly hot but also warm and non-heated) practice, from power to vinyasa to yin to meditative. The teachers are just as uniqiue as the styles, although each and every one of them is thoughtful, approachable, highly knowledgeable, and dedicated to fostering an

Fantastic staff that is extremely friendly. This space it's like no other they have worked so hard to make it feel safe, secure and more like a home not a studio our gym. They not only serve hot yoga but also many classes for the timid and new yogis as well as spiritual practices and meditation. LOVE IT!!!
