I understand that daily routine in today's world makes it difficult to find time for ourselves. With ever increasing demands of being available 247, employers and employees alike are working long hours - being at the desk, often hunched over laptops/tablets or smartphones, skipping meals, conference calls - rarely taking a break.

Wear comfortable clothes that helps you stretch and practice without having to fix clothing while being in an asana (posture). Bring everything you need for your yoga practice - yoga mat, props like (blocks, blankets, strap) if you intend to use, water bottle.

I got my 200 RYT teachers training at Dhyana Yoga Journey. The training program was a beautiful journey and very well structured. The material provided was complete and easy to understand. My teacher Shefali was very knowledgeable and compassionate. She patiently answered all my questions related to the subject. I would highly recommend Dhyana Yoga Journey.

I took my 200HR RYT training from Shafali and couldn’t have been happier to be on this journey with her as my teacher. She was patient and encouraging throughout the entire process and I learned and created so many healthy habits from her teachings.
I began this teacher training program, not necessarily to teach, but to expand my knowledge on the asanas and deepen my yoga practice. I have a high-power career in Corporate America and with two young girls and a husband, I often found little time for myself. Yoga has always been a passion of mine and i wanted to really explore and deepen my practice

I learned so much about the history, mythology, anatomy and methodology of yoga from Shefali. The learning environment couldn’t be more intimate and comfortable. I am now a 200 RYT and own my own studio, so many thanks to Dhyana Yoga Journey for believing in me and being so inspirational along the journey.

Best place to practice Yoga, the teachers are very knowledgeable and they teach with love and compassion. Ambience is quite, seren and just beautiful and peaceful. I received my yoga teacher training here and it is the best. If anyone is looking to practice yoga and a teacher training program, don't look anywhere go to Dhyana yoga center. I live 40 miles away from the center, though the commute was a pain at times but I never felt tired or dragged myself because I looked forward to coming here. Excellent studio to practice yoga, great teachers, serene ambience. I did my teacher training course from dhyana yoga and improved a lot on my flexibility and strength. I don't go there as often to practice as I live far but definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great yoga experience.

I have been attending yoga classes at this studio for over a year and have had a great experience. From the beginning I felt right at home and as a beginner was encouraged to continue my practice and be patient with myself. It is a very peaceful place and when dealing with a hectic lifestyle it provides me a place to get centered and return to positive energy.

This is my favorite studio in DFW. They genuinely do their best to help others along their Mind, Body, Spirit Journey. Not only did they help to deepen my yoga and meditation practices, but the proprietors and even the other students were there for me with love and compassion when I had a devastating loss in my family. I would attend there more often, but moved out of the area. I still stay in touch with and miss my family at Dhyana!
