My philosophy as a personal trainer and wellness coach is to build a relationship with each client. I motivate them to realize their potential and their sense of self-worth. Then I help develop positive habits-and ways of thinking and acting-which enrich and uplift them physically, emotionally and spiritually.
My comprehensive approach to fitness, nutrition, and wellness has led to countless success stories. While a gym setting can offer a great deal of convenience, I can offer a complete workout in your home, backyard or any outdoor setting. I bring all the gear necessary to train safely and meet your fitness needs.

What drew me to a career in personal training was my own injury and rehabilitation. After a career ending back injury in the Fall of 2003, I was offered little promise of becoming fully able bodied again. After multiple physical therapists, orthopedists and neurosurgeons I was left in chronic pain, disheartened, overweight and no idea what I might be able to do vocationally.
I must begin this little testimonial by confessing that I am a shopper. Over these past few years I have tried to find a Trainer capable of providing me with the guidance necessary to continue a healthy life into each successive decade. When I was still in my 7th, I asked the then-manager of the area's largest athletic gym facility for a recommendation.
Far too many people suffer with chronic pain after an injury. Achieving recovery can require education, patience, consistency and determination. Even minor injuries can require months of rehabilitation, and many injured people find their recovery is hampered by their insurance industry's reluctance to continue reimbursement for long-term treatment.
Fitness has come to mean many different things to people. No subject matter today is free from being bombarded by a never-ending supply of opinions. Fitness science is no exception, with bookstores and journals filled with a plethora of perspectives and exercise variation. Your exercise routine should be uniquely defined to fit you.
