Our Small Group Training differs from other group classes because it is individualized like a personal training session but is conducted in a fun community environment. Most traditional group classes are just a random workout the instructor makes up for whatever group happens to show up that day. There is a big difference between making someone tired and making someone better.

Running up and down the stadiums and doing 100 burpees may make you really tired but are you really getting any stronger? Maybe, maybe not. Here at Resilience Personal Training we design you a program, chart your workout, and use progressive overload to make sure you are always making gains. Personal Training is an investment in your life.

Why I am I doing this? The world needs good coaches and I want to help trainers succeed. With over 10 years of experience in the industry I have learned a lot and made mistakes that could have been avoided with better guidance. I love to teach and I believe our system and culture is awesome and would be very happy to see more awesome trainers in the industry.
Personal Training is an investment in your life. Whether your goal is to compete in a Tough Mudder or to be able to keep up with your kid on the playground, training and physical fitness are equally important to be successful. With personal training, you can achieve new levels of growth- physically, spiritually and mentally.
Great Athletes aren't born, they are made. Speed, strength, and power are skills that can improve greatly with proper training. Our program is set to build a solid foundation of strength while greatly emphasizing proper mechanics for acceleration, deceleration, agility, and top speed. An important part of this program is to build self-confidence and awareness of the body.
Our corporate wellness programs are available to any type of company or small business, and can be tailored to fit your company's needs and structure. Timing is flexible, according to your company's work day, lunch time is most popular time for the workout to take place. Workouts can be onsite or offsite with equipment provided by trainer.

I have known of Donna for some time and seen the results in her training with a friend of mine. I've been in and out of the gym most of my life. In that time I've had two male PT's and an old school boxer! Who's father had to literally fight for his own job on the London docks. Donna has been so much more than a personal trainer for me, she is inspirational, motivating and a confidant. I have grown in strength and confidence under her guidance.
During lockdown Donna and her determination kept me on track with our zoom workouts.
Hand on heart she has pushed me to places I never thought I could go but I’m so glad she did as I never would have got there on my own, I have learned so much from our one on one sessions and I’m improving with each session we have.

I trained with Donna for a few months and loved every one of the sessions. They were very fun and helped me to push myself to do my best and helping me to get the results that I wanted. Very friendly introduction which helped me to settle into the gym environment before the exercises.

Have only had a few sessions but can already see progress and that has only been achieved through planning, discussing my needs and a style of PT that works for me.

I had my first ever PT session and this was with Donna, having never had a PT session in my life I didn't know what to expect but Donna made me feel at ease from the start, she is really friendly and listened to what I can and can't do and allowed me to have breaks when needed but at the same time motivating me to push further. I can't wait for our next session. I highly recommend Donna, she works so hard to support her clients achieve their goals and I can't wait to be able to have more sessions with her.

I was looking for PT who was able to understand my limitations since having some surgery. Donna from resilience PT got in contact promptly following my inital enquiry she booked me an assessment appointment soon after where we discussed what I wanted to achieve.
I initially thought I would prefer to exercise at home but on reflection using the facilities at CORE gym has made the range of workouts I can achieve more varied and challenging, so this was great advice and the programmes have been varied every week.
Within a week of my enquiry I had my first session booked and when I arrived Donna
