Natasha's expertise and experience have allowed me to feel completely safe and comfortable in challenging my body just enough during my pregnancy. I came to Natasha at the beginning of my second pregnancy to build better strength in my core and I am definitely getting more than what I came for- care, understanding, challenge, more strength, greater endurance and even greater body composition. Natasha is the best personal trainer! She always seems to know exactly how much to challenge me and she keeps it interesting. One of my favorite aspects of her program is that it also includes online coaching- she sends me online workouts tailored just for me throughout the week. This is a huge part of why this program works for me both because of my busy schedule and because of my budget. I can do one regularly scheduled full session with Natasha every week and then do the online sessions on my own and fit them in with my schedule, which changes from day to day. I definitely recommend this program

Personal training is just that, personal. So I’ll start by sharing where I was when I first met w Natasha before getting into how she got me to where I am today... I was a new mom getting to know my new, post-baby body. Only, my son was over a year old and I had already attempted to get myself back in shape after a few baby-related body injuries and non-baby related accountability challenges. I'm currently in Tash's 6 week summer challenge and I've already lost 5 pounds but more importantly I can finally wear my smaller jeans and dresses I didn't think I'd be able to get back into again. It's like I have a whole new wardrobe! Tash is always available if I have questions and her encouraging messages are helpful to get me into the gym. She knows her stuff and really keeps me accountable. Exactly what I needed to finally see some real results!!
