We help you gain relief from a busy life taking care of everyone but yourself. Here or in your living room, we guide you to release tension, gain strength and calm the fluctuations in your mind. All fancy words meaning we help you chill so you can be better for yourself and those around you. All memberships include classes live-streamed online from our in-studio class.
The studio is located in the village of Goffstown, at the base of the beautiful Uncanoonuc Mountains. Our yoga classes are grounded in Vinyasa style teaching, where we link and align movement with our breath. Our classes are for all skill levels; we welcome beginner students, experienced practitioners, and everyone in between.

I didn't get to take a class there today, but Mountain Base has to be one of the kindest yoga studios. During the festival today, Mountain Base had the studio open with play spaces and books for kids, a bathroom, and free snacks and drinks. It was one the coolest, nicest things I have seen a business do and they definitely deserve all the business in the world!

Mountain Base Yoga is an open and welcome space for anyone and everyone who wants to move and become more in tune with their body. Whether it’s your first class or your millionth you will learn and grow with yourself and those around you! There are so many different types of classes offered to fit any lifestyle, and all days and times to… accommodate any schedule. All of the staff is friendly and encouraging, strong and passionate about their own practice and yours! The studio is clean and has supplies that can be used if you do not have your own! Mountain Base Yoga is amazing. The staff is so warm and friendly that they make you feel as though you are going to a friend’s house. All of the classes that I’ve tried have left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Instructors are mindful of different skill levels and will incorporate suggestions into their routine so that everyone can adjust a pose to work for them.

I have tried reaching out several times (via email and messenger) as I have been unable to acces and attend classes online with the ZenApp recommended. Unfortunately, I was only able to take one online class with my 30-day Yogi Pass. I was highly unsatisfied with the app, and canceled my membership after troubleshooting was ineffective.

Our kids participated in the Parents Night Out and had so much fun! Our boys did a fun craft, ate pizza and participated in yoga and other fun activities. If we only lived closer I would take advantage of this event more often. The Yoga studio was a safe and respectful environment. The first thing our son said when we got in the car and drove off was “I had so much fun!!” Thank you for giving the parents peace of mind and allowing us to have a night off!!
